Start with the specific question

Each article opens with a direct answer and identifies the compound, population, and outcome that make the answer meaningful. A mechanism is not treated as proof of clinical benefit. An animal experiment is not presented as a human trial.

Our source hierarchy

  • Official prescribing information and regulatory records for approved indications and labeled risks.
  • Original peer-reviewed studies for trial design, results, and limitations.
  • Clinical trial registries for study identity and dated records.
  • Sponsor announcements for emerging findings, explicitly labeled as sponsor-reported and distinct from a complete peer-reviewed publication.

How we interpret a result

We separate muscle size, lean body mass, strength, and functional performance. We report the comparator and timeframe alongside numbers where available. A relative percentage is not substituted for an absolute change. We flag small samples, open-label designs, disease-specific populations, and results that did not meet statistical significance.

Interpretations and reading checklists are editorial analysis. They do not create new clinical evidence. All medical content is educational and has not received independent clinician review.

Updates and corrections

The publication date and source-check date shown on these pages are October 10, 2026. The website is not a live regulatory database or a continuously updated trial registry. Follow the primary source when a newer label, correction, paper, or regulatory action is available.

When an article is revised, its visible date and structured metadata should change together. Material corrections should identify the affected claim and replacement evidence. Until an error is resolved, readers should rely on the primary record rather than the summary.

Commercial relationships

These launch articles contain no paid product rankings, affiliate purchase links, or sponsored placement. Related-domain links connect publications under common ownership. If commercial relationships are introduced, they should be disclosed on the affected page.

Educational information, not individualized medical advice. This article has not been independently reviewed by a clinician. Regulatory and research details are dated; check the linked primary records for subsequent changes.
